Who We Are...Nanjemoy Health Services has been providing health care services in the community for over five years. We are a part of the Greater Baden Medical Services, a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center. Our mission is to provide for the health care needs of all the people in our community. Additionally there is special effort to reach out and provide services to those who might not otherwise be able to afford health care because of a lack of insurance. Our Services Include... ~ physical examinations ~ disease prevention and treatment ~ diagnostic testing ~ immunizations and ~ dental care. Outreach Services...Nanjemoy Health Services now has the opportunity to provide outreach to individuals with special needs in their home. We would serve people who need medical care but might be unable to get to the clinic because of their physical condition or other special reasons. The home services would include monitoring blood pressure, providing brief medical exams, review of medication and other medical services. Our Service Fees...You will be charged a fee for your visit based upon the following: ~ Type of visit and the services you receive. ~ Additional charges for all laboratory and diagnostic tests. ~ Your income and family size. ~ You MUST bring proof of total family income (w-2, pay stubs) to be considered for fee discount. ~ We accept many health insurance programs including Medicare and Medicaid.
